Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

Presently, our EAP is provided by Care24 (a United Health Care product). Veteran Defense Services, Inc.

offers this program at no cost to the employee. Care24 nurses and counselors are available 24 hours every

day who assist with situations and concerns including: Minor illnesses or injuries; relationships; chronic

conditions; financial concerns; wellness and nutrition; emotional distress; marriage and family concerns;

medication information; work problems; child and elder care referrals; grief and loss; men's, women's and

children's health; stress management; personal legal issues.
