Disability Coverage

Lincoln Financial Group is the provider for both Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term

Disability (LTD) coverage, which is free of cost to the employee. STD pays 66 2/3% of the employee's

weekly salary and begins on the day of an accident or on the 8th day of an illness and continues up to 180

days. On the 181st day, LTD activates and begins paying 66 2/3% of the employee's weekly salary and

may continue until the employee returns to work.
